Level 4 vs Level 5
Level 4 is the standard for most painted residential walls with flat or matte paint. Level 5 adds a skim coat over the entire surface and is what you want for gloss paint, dark colors, or big windows and gallery lighting that throw raking light across a wall.
Our finishing process
Tape coat, fill coat, and finish coat, each fully dry before the next, followed by pole sanding and a light inspection with a work light held tight to the wall. Anything that shows gets touched before we call it done.
Dust control
Vacuum sanding and plastic containment keep dust out of finished floors, cabinetry, and HVAC returns on occupied remodels and tenant spaces.
